  • Attainment – 1 – never missed a media lesson
  • Effort – 1- Always put my hand-up, try my best
  • Punctuality – 1 - never late
  • Submission and quality of homework – 2 – all my home-works were excellent except for one in which I did it wrong, so I’ll be honest and give myself a 2.
  • Ability to work independently – 1 – Don’t ask for help
  • Quality of writing – 1 – No spelling mistakes, always good (homework wise), while on E-media it may not be presented that way it’s because I’m showing how slang has helped people communicate through the media and how it’s more easier, it all links with each other and therefore it makes sense to not write so formally in my blog.
  • Organisation of Media folder – 1 – Very organized, separated into three different sections for each section easy to revise from, how I got a high grade in end of term exam
  • Oral contributions in class – 1 – If I know something I always put my hand up

Competition:

iPod. The competition will be on music as that meets the theme of not only what the item promoted promotes but also it's what our readers are interested in. So the competition would ask something like:

What was the song Kanye West played at the VMAs etc. Then a cross promotion with this competition could go on iTunes, as it would be an iPod promotion.

Pitch:

Not only would your brand iPod would be promoted but also Kanye West's new song will be promoted as well. Why does this concern you? well the fact that it would be on iTunes means that people would go there and download the song and therefore not only would you be getting people interested in iPods but also your whole online music store in which they would download music from.

Regulating Bodies

When you access ideas from all over the world, those ideas can cause conflict between two groups i.e. religious groups. If you publish your image not only can anyone view it but they can edit your image to make you look bad. If you're a musician then your music can easily be downloaded for free through peer 2 peer programmes.

The goverment as they have the most power.

I think that Ofcom and ASA should work together.

I think that if Ofcom and ASA work together then a new organisation won't be needed.

As radio stations are regulated now, if you set up a website hosting pirate movies then your website will be shut down and you can face jail. Also everyone who shares through peer 2 peer programmes will be tracked and peer 2 peer programmes should be resttricted to only allow certain things to be shared with each other.
